OUR PLANTS
Our philosophy on stewarding native and cultivated landscapes is based in reciprocity, connection, and sustainability. As first generation farmers, we are learning about regenerative soil management, water sequestration strategies, and how to support biodiverse ecosystems. In tending gardens, orchards, and chaparral ecosystems, we are cultivating a space of learning, healing and growth– through the wisdom of mother earth.

Garden
We tend a small teaching garden to demonstrate healthy soil management, water-wise irrigation, and companion planting. With the produce from our garden, we cook with fresh ingredients in the kitchen and practice a variety of preservation techniques ranging from fermentations to dehydrating.

Biodiverse Orchard
We are planning to build a permaculture-style orchard filled with fruits, nuts, berries, and beneficial companion plants. This project is currently in the fundraising phase and we hope to begin installation in 2026. Please consider supporting this project!
Native Ecosystem
As stewards of our local ecosystem, we value our native chaparral shrubs, trees, and other plants both for their medicinal properties and their support of the local fauna.

How to support our cultivation
There are many ways to support our cultivation – volunteering, spreading the word, coming for a hike, donating, and more!
